Mr. Alan Findlater joined BioDuro following key leadership roles at BioIVT and WIL Research, where he drove double-digit revenue growth through strategic and tactical initiatives, oversaw significant EBITDA-driven sales, and effectively managed teams of up to 150 professionals. Alan is a sales and marketing leader with a demonstrated history of working in the pharmaceutical, life sciences tools and biotechnology sectors. Alan has cultivated numerous strategic partnerships contributing M&A expertise with top-tier industry leaders including Amgen, Pfizer and Roche. Alan holds an MBA from the University of Warwick Business School and a B.Sc. Honours in Chemistry from the University of Strathclyde.
