Carly Li, MBAChief Human Resources Officer
Ms. Carly Li serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at BioDuro, managing human resources globally across R&D, manufacturing and commercial operations. Prior to joining BioDuro, Carly served as the Global Head of HR at WuXi Diagnostics, a joint venture between WuXi AppTec and the Mayo Clinic, where she established and integrated regional HR teams across multiple international sites. Her leadership experience extends from esteemed organizations, including WuXi AppTec, Sanofi, Korn Ferry and Merck Sharp & Dohme (MSD). Carly graduated from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business with an MBA and the Beijing University of Medicine with a master's degree.
