Reducing Residual Crystallinity in Hot Melt Extrusion (HME) Formulations Optimization

By screening a variety of additives, a hot melt extrusion formulation which used to recrystallize significantly due to moisture absorption was improved. The resulting formulations remained amorphous even at high humidity environment with low degradation impurities.
