Clinically Relevant Tumor Models for Oncology Drug Development

Patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models are created by transplanting primary human tumor samples directly into immuno-deficient hosts. PDX models provide greater predictive power over conventional cell line xenograft models by maintaining histopathological features and genetic profiles of the original patient tumors.

BioDuro provides PDX models for drug screening, combination therapy screening and identification of clinical biomarkers.
