Microevaporative Dispersion as a Predictor of Dissolution Performance of Amorphous Dosage Forms

Amorphous solid dosage forms are commonly used to increase apparent dissolution of insoluble drugs. Usually, generation of amorphous dosage forms during development requires a lot of time and API. This study investigates microevaporative dispersion as an early predictor of dissolution performance of amorphous dosage forms.
